www.marriagesunnah.com is a matchmaking platform for Muslims who wish to marry. An intermediary is responsible for reviewing and approving the messages exchanged between men and women, to ensure respect for Islamic values and good morals.

• Eligibility: Registration is reserved for people aged at least 18 and of the Muslim faith.

• Information provided: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when you register, and to keep it up to date.

• Account confidentiality: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

• Respect for Islamic values: Users must respect the principles of Islam in their interactions on the Site.

• Prohibited content: It is forbidden to publish or transmit any content that is offensive, inappropriate or contrary to the laws in force.

• Review of messages: All messages exchanged are subject to approval by the intermediary. Messages that do not comply with Islamic values may be rejected.

In the event of a violation of these terms, in particular failure to respect Islamic values or inappropriate behavior, www.marriagesunnah.com reserves the right to suspend or delete your account without notice.

The intermediary is also responsible for handling any disputes between users, to ensure an experience that is respectful and consistent with the values of the Site.

www.marriagesunnah.com reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of changes through the Site or by email.

These Terms of Use are governed by the law of England and Wales, where DREAM ONE LTD, the publisher of the Site, is registered. Any dispute relating to the use of the Site will be submitted to the competent courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.

Marriage Sunnah offers a referral program that lets its members invite their friends and family and receive gifts.

• Eligibility: the referral program is open to members whose profile is published. Each member has a personal invite code.

• Confirmed referral: an invitation is confirmed when the invited person becomes a full member — a man on his first payment, a woman when her profile is published and her phone number verified, in whichever order she likes. The invite code must have been entered at registration or within the following fourteen (14) days, and always before that step.

• Gifts: the program's gifts are given in kind (a profile placed at the top of search results, extra messages, a discount on a subscription, free time). They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to anyone else, or combined with a refund. A gift waiting to be opened remains available for thirty (30) days; after that, it is lost. Free time pushes back the next payment date by the same length of time; time earned remains earned, even in the event of a refund, a dispute or the deletion of a referred member's account.

• Welcome gift: the invited person receives a welcome gift only once. No welcome gift is granted to an account that arrived through a partner (affiliate).

• Fraud and self-referral: you cannot refer yourself. Any attempt to get around the program — creating fake accounts, entering codes dishonestly, or any other abuse — leads to exclusion from the program and the cancellation of the gifts concerned. Marriage Sunnah assesses these situations case by case and settles disputes related to the program.

• Duration and changes: Marriage Sunnah may change the rules of the program or end it, with reasonable notice given through the Site.
